Gevisser law is a private consultancy practice, and not a law firm as contemplated by the Legal Services Act of 2007, and is therefore not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Antony Gevisser

Antony is the founding partner of Gevisser Law.

He is a qualified (currently non-practising) barrister in England and South Africa.

Between 1995 and 2005, whilst residing in South Africa, he practised in all areas of law, including corporate, common and industrial law matters, both as an advocate and private arbitrator.

He also has experience in the fields of negotiation, ADR, training, executive coaching and change management.

In 2005 Antony returned to the United Kingdom where he established Gevisser Law, a consultancy practice providing legal advice and services to leading providers and global operators in the online gaming sector.

Marc Pinchuck

Marc is a legal consultant of Gevisser Law.

He is qualified as an attorney in South Africa.

Marc qualified and then worked as an associate and a senior associate in two top-tier law firms in South Africa between 2008 and 2014, specialising in the banking and finance space. Marc’s focus was on specialised and leveraged finance deals.

During 2014, Marc emigrated to the United Kingdom and worked for Slaughter and May, a leading commercial law firm in London, for a year where he focused on leveraged finance and project finance deals.

In 2015, Marc was recruited to work at Gevisser Law, where is has since gained experience in the various legalities and regulations surrounding the online gambling space worldwide.

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Witwatersand (2007)
  • Admitted as an attorney of the High Court, South Africa (2010)
